GetCircHomePos Returns the circle home position horizontal and
vertical coordinates
GetCircPosReading Obtains the current horizontal and vertical position of
the circle
GetInputSrc Gets the HV amplifier input source.
GetLoopGain Returns the feedback loop gain
GetLPFilter Obtains the cut off frequency of the digital low pass
(LP) filter applied to output readings of the internal
amplifier (TIA) circuitry.
GetMaxTravel Obtains the maximum travel for the piezo actuator
associated with the specified channel of the activeX
control instance.
GetParentHWInfo Returns the serial number and hardware type
identifier of the parent (or host) controller enclosure.
GetPhaseComp Obtains the phase compensation setting for the
horizontal and vertical components of the circle path.
GetRange Returns the current range setting of the internal
amplifier
GetRangingMode Obtains the current ranging mode
