La taille WM40 de la série 

WIESEL

 

POWER

Line

®

 est équipée d'un guidage par des rails à 

circulation de billes (12,13) qui est fixé dans le profilé tubulaire. 
Les couples sont transmis au guidage à rails (13) vissé dans le profilé tubulaire par deux 
glissières à circulation de billes (12). La lubrification est assurée par quatre nipples et 
conduits de graissage (voir chapitre 8.1 "Lubrification"). Les points terminaux et d'arrêt 
correspondants peuvent être saisis par différents systèmes de mesure (encodeur, résolveur, 
échelle de verre etc.). 
Le chariot (1) fait office de surface de transport et d'adaptation pour la liaison avec la 
marchandise transportée. Les brosses racleuses (2) montées sur le chariot éliminent les 
saletés grossières sur la face supérieure du profilé tubulaire (3). 
Le profilé tubulaire sert à protéger la transmission par vis à billes (4) et le guidage des 
supports de vis (5). Une bande de recouvrement flexible (7) ferme l'ouverture supérieure du 
tube avant et après le chariot.
