Predefined run methods
Predefined run methods
The following run methods are supplied with the Veriti
™
Thermal Cycler and are stored in the Shared
folder. These run methods are recommended protocols and should be considered as starting points for
the different applications. Your results may vary between instrument models, so some optimization may
be needed. Please note that the ramp rates of these methods are 100%.
IMPORTANT!
The customer is responsible for validation of run methods on the instrument before
use, and for compliance with regulatory requirements that pertain to their procedures and uses of the
instrument.
