Edit the default run method as needed:
• Insert a stage (see “Adding a stage” on page 49 ).
• Insert a step (see “Adding a step”
on page 50 ).
• Add an AutoDelta step (see “Creating an AutoDelta step”
on page 52 ).
• Add a pause (see “Adding a pause”
on page 54 ).
• Delete a step or stage (see “Deleting a stage or step” on page 55 ).
• For 96-well instruments, you can add a step to program different temperatures on the
VeriFlex
™
Blocks

(see “Creating a VeriFlex
™
step” on page 55 ).

Select Save & Exit to display the Save Run Method screen.

Select Run Method to enter the name of the run method. Names can be up to 48 characters.
