Smartainer 3.0 overview
1.1 Introduction to the Smartainer 3.0
The HyPerforma Smartainer 3.0 system is a durable stainless steel
container used for in-house, large-volume liquid handling operations.
Some of the key features of the Smartainer 3.0 include:
• 304 or 316 Stainless steel construction
• Design that allows bottom draining from BioProcess Containers
(BPCs)
• Modular system with optional accessories for mobility and BPC
handling
• Jacketed or non-jacketed versions available in unit volumes of
200 L, 500 L, 1,000 L, 1,500 L, 2,000 L, 2,500 L, and 3,000 L
1.2 BPC options
Catalog BPC configurations for the Smartainer 3.0 are available in unit
volumes of 200 L, 500 L, 1,000 L, 1,500 L, 2,000 L, 2,500 L, and
3,000 L. Standard and custom BPCs are available in CX5-14,
Aegis5-14, and ASI 26/77 films.
1.3 System components
Figure 1.1 and the numbered list on the following page detail the
system components of the Smartainer 3.0.
Note:
Figure 1.1 does not
show the optional temperature display. The temperature display will
be mounted on the opposite top corner from the load cell display (see
Figure 1.2 later in this section).
