Chapter 3: CONTROLS, DISPLAYS & INDICATORS

This chapter describes the RC-5C PLUS centrifuge controls, displays, and indicators and includes their
locations and functions.

Controls, Displays, & Indicators

The  RC-5C  PLUS  control  switches  are  used  to  select  desired  run
parameters and, during a run, digital displays indicate actual run
conditions,  such  as  estimated  sample  temperature,  rotor  speed,
remaining  or  elapsed  run  time  or  accumulated  integral  value.
Indicators  light  up,  as  required,  to  show  that  you  have  selected
certain run conditions (for example, HOLD or

know when the centrifuge is not functioning properly.

Refer to figure 3-1 for the location of the controls, displays, and
indicators described in this chapter.
