Press the Go button and the original units are changed from seconds to meters
(or feet, if you have set these as your preferred distance unit). Notice that the
numbers in the adjacent menu have now changed.

Make sure the screen shown in step 3 is displayed (the one where the reject
distance is expressed in meters). You are now ready to key in your reject
distance in meters (or feet and inches, if these are your preferred units).

Press the Go button and the reject-distance input-screen appears. Use the navigation
buttons to key in your reject distance. (In our salted butter example, we have
entered our reject distance of 1.17 meters.)
