To view the distribution of cells based on relative fluorescence intensity, press Histogram , then
select FL (fluorescence).
The histogram displays the distribution of cells based on fluorescence intensity.

To remove the cells counted in a specific channel from the histogram, press the corresponding
channel button
on the histogram.
The histogram automatically updates and displays the distribution of cells based on relative
fluorescence intensity only in the selected (i.e., checked) channel.
4.
To add the cells counted in a specific channel to the histogram, press the corresponding channel
button.
5.
To close the histogram, press Histogram or Close .
