REPLACING THE COMBUSTION HEAD AND
ELECTRODES
Proceed as follows to access the combustion head and
electrodes.
- Unscrew the fixing nut from the flange and remove the
burner.
- Turn it around, hook it over the flange (1) and loosen the
screws (2).
- Remove the blast tube (3) and the flame tube (4) from
the collar (5).
- Loosen the screw (6) and remove the combustion head
(7) from the nozzle holder (8), carefully disconnecting
the cables (9) from the electrodes.
- Replace the combustion head (7).
- Re-assemble in the reverse order, as instructed in the
section “Replacing the nozzle”.
- Fit the flame tube (4) as shown in the figure alongside.

D = Distance between the sleeve of the combustion head and the nozzle:
- 4.3 mm for THC V 35 E OIL BLU models
- 4.1 mm for THC V 55 E OIL BLU models

The position of the electrodes and combustion head is not adjustable . If ignition problems are encountered,
make sure that the dimensions shown in the figure are respected .
