Griddle
/ Titanium surfaced
• N ever flood a hot griddle with
cold water. This can warp or
crack the aluminum plate.
• D o not clean any part of the
griddle in a self-cleaning oven.
• Remove drip tray and discard
grease into a grease resistant
container for disposal. W ash drip
tray in warm soapy water or
place in dishwasher. W ipe griddle
surface with warm soapy water
then r inse with war m water.
W ipe dry with a soft cloth.
• If food par ticles stick to the
griddle plate, remove with a mild
abr asive cleaner such as Soft
Scrub
®
.

vigorously or too often, will
eventually scratch the steel.
• W hen disassembling, cleaning
and reassembling the grill, avoid
contact with the spark igniter.
