3—BIOS Setup Utility

3.6

Boot Configuration

This submenu allows the user to configure the following boot settings for the sys-
tem.

3.6.1

CSM Support

Select Enabled to support the EFI Compatibility Support Module (CSM), which pro-
vides compatibility support for traditional legacy BIOS for system boot. The options
are 

Enabled

, Disabled and Auto.

3.6.2

Boot Option Priorities

3.6.2.1 Boot Option #1~ Boot Option #4

This item allows the user to select the first boot drive. Select a LAN device to boot
the system from the network connection. Select UEFI to boot the system from the
UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell. The options are LAN Device, UEFI: Built-in EFI Shell,
and Disabled.
