Position the Clamps 35mm in from the
edge of the Panel on both sides.
Fix Clamps on to the Door by tightening
CSK screws (1). After fixing into place,
tighten Grub Screws (2) to fully lock the
Glass Clamp into position.
Put the Glass Protectors on to the
bottom two corners of the Door Panel.
Using purpose built “Glass Lifters”,
position the Door Panel inside the
Enclosure and securely rest the Panel
against the back wall.
Measure the width of the Enclosure at
the Header Bar height.
Subtract 16mm from the width of the
Enclosure to get the Header Bar width.
Mark the final dimension on the
Header Bar, wrapped with some
masking tape. Use a Chop Saw and fine
file to cut and finish the edge.
