Subtract 1mm from the width of the
Enclosure to get the Header Bar Covers
width.
Mark the final dimension on the
Header Bar Covers, wrapped with some
masking tape. Use a Chop Saw and fine
file to cut and finish the edge.
Fix the Hex Screw and Nut into the
Roller Carriage using the supplied
Spanner.
Leave a gap between the Nut and Hex
Screw head. This will be adjusted in a
later step.
Assemble the Door Stops and Roller
Carriages into each track on the Header
Bar. Pay attention to the orientation
and order of assembling the
components into the Header Bar as
shown below.
Temporarily fix the Door Stops and
Roller Carriages in position to prevent
components moving in Header Bar.
Assemble the Wall Bracket Clamps into
track 1 on the Header Bar in the
orientation shown below.
Temporarily fix the Wall Bracket Clamps
in position to prevent components
moving in Header Bar.
