Modifying Board for External VCXO

The VCXO may be converted to external if desired by moving shunts on two jumpers to power off the
onboard VCXO.

Remove shunt on SJP16 and SJP17. Add shunt on SJP16 pins 1-2 and shunt SJP17 pins 2-3. An 8-dBm
CW can be injected into the J30 MCX connector as the external clock. The CDCM7005 in this case only
acts as a buffer and clock divider.
