timing of the experiment. We will be collecting data
every 16 minutes (960 seconds) for 90 samples.

for TIME BETWEEN SAMPLES IN SECONDS and

for NUMBER OF SAMPLES.
Note: we can change the time settings again if we miscued on the
last attempt. It is important that careful consideration be given to
the experiment time settings.
