3. Fall arrest and suspension eyelets:
Front fall arrest
Central front suspension
eyelet "A" (metal ring)
eyelet on waist belt
(1 textile ring)
Lateral suspension
Rear suspension eyelet

Users can attach gear loops by tying the provided
piece of rope with a clove hitch into the small metal
rings mounted on the waist belt (see Figs. 11/12)
They must not be used to belay persons and have
the following max. load carrying capacity (static):
Gear loop:
2 kg max. per loop
(e.g., to transport carabiners, ascenders, aluminum
pulleys)
CAUTION!
Falls can result in dynamic loads that
exceed these acceptable values (this requires ad-
ditional protection of the parts carried on them
against falling down or protection of the endangered
zones under the work site).
4. This is how the shoulder straps (Ultra Duo-
Top) are connected to the waist belt (Ultra
Duo):
Introduce the long webbing from behind through the
O-buckle in the rear of the waist belt
Pic. 15/16/17:
Introduce the webbing that includes
a 3-bar buckle at the upper end through the outer
O-buckle from behind. Then, align the 3-bar buckle
so that it is parallel to the O-buckle.
Pull the end of the webbing downward and secure it
by means of rubber thread-back loops .
