SX-135 XC

19 Wait approximately 20 seconds and turn the

machine off by pressing the red Emergency

Stop button in.

20 Remove the fastener that was temporarily

installed. Close the control box door and

install the door retaining fasteners.

Note: When the control box door is closed, the

calibration toggle switch is automatically activated

to exit out of calibration mode.
21 Pull out the red Emergency Stop button. Start

the engine and lower the boom to the stowed

position. Be sure there are no calibration

faults shown on the display.

How to Calibrate the Primary

Boom Length Sensor

Note: Perform this procedure with the machine on

a firm, level surface with the axles extended.
Note: The turntable level sensor must be calibrated

prior to calibrating the primary boom.
Note: LTB1LO and LTB1LS are calibrated at the

same time.
Note: Primary boom angle must be calibrated

before calibrating boom length.
Note: Platform leveling is set to default parameters

to avoid platform out of level faults during

calibration.
Note: If the calibration flags between SCON and

TCON do not agree after calibration, a crosscheck

fault is generated and recorded and the affected

boom function is inhibited.
