Platform Controls

Part No. 1263382

SX-135 XC

7 Attach a grounded wrist strap to the ground

screw inside the control box.

Electrocution/burn hazard.

Contact with electrically charged

circuits could result in death or

serious injury. Remove all rings,

watches and other jewelry.

Component damage hazard.

Electrostatic discharge (ESD)

can damage printed circuit board

components. Maintain firm

contact with a metal part of the

machine that is grounded at all

times when handling printed

circuit boards OR use a

grounded wrist strap.

8 Tag and carefully disconnect the wire

connectors from the circuit board.

9 Tag and disconnect the ribbon cable from the

LED circuit board.

10 Remove the circuit board mounting fasteners.
11 Carefully remove the circuit board from the

control box.

Board

1 Push in the red Emergency Stop button to the

off position at both the ground and platform

controls.

2 Remove the platform control box lid retaining

fasteners. Open the control box lid.

3 Locate the circuit board mounted to the inside

of the platform control box.

Electrocution/burn hazard.

Contact with electrically charged

circuits could result in death or

serious injury. Remove all rings,

watches and other jewelry.

Component damage hazard.

Electrostatic discharge (ESD)

can damage printed circuit board

components. Maintain firm

contact with a metal part of the

machine that is grounded at all

times when handling printed

circuit boards OR use a

4 Tag and carefully disconnect the ribbon

cables from the membrane circuit board.

5 Remove the circuit board mounting fasteners.
6 Carefully remove the LED circuit board from

the platform control box lid. Do not lose the

plastic spacers.

Note: When installing the LED circuit board, be

sure the plastic spacers are installed between the

circuit board and the control box lid.
