DEBRIS TRAY
The debris tray collects debris swept up by the
machine when using the scrub attachment. It
should be emptied after every work shift. The
debris tray floor clearance should be checked
after every 50 hours of operation.
TO CHECK AND ADJUST DEBRIS TRAY
FLOOR CLEARANCE
1. Park the machine on a smooth, level
surface, stop the engine, and set the
machine parking brake.
FOR SAFETY: Before Leaving Or Servicing
Machine; Stop On Level Surface, Set Parking
Brake, And Turn Off Machine.
2. Empty the debris tray and replace it on the
machine.
3. Measure the distance between the floor and
the bottom of the of the debris tray handle. It
should be 1 in (25 mm) from the floor. Adjust
the solution tank hangers if needed.

4. The bottom rear metal edge of the tray
should clear the floor by 0.18 in (5 mm).
Also, be sure the tray is level side to side.
5. To adjust the tray for old style, loosen the
caster bracket bolts, reposition the caster
bracket, and retighten the bolts. For new
style, loosen caster bolts, reposition the
caster, and retighten the bolts.

SCRUB BRUSHES
Scrub brushes are used instead of sweeping
brushes when the scrub attachment is set up. The
side brush scrubs and deflects debris into the
path of the scrub brush. The main brush scrubs
and deflects debris into the debris tray.
The brushes should be inspected daily for
damage or wear. Remove any string or wire found
tangled on the brushes, brush drives, or idler
hubs.
The scrub brush patterns should be checked after
every 50 hours of operation. Replace the scrub
brushes when the brush bristle is 0.5 in (15 mm)
or less in length.
