If the malfunctioning persists after these checks are made, contact the dealer where the purchase was made for an inspection of the appliance.
2. A red indicator light turns on or the green indicator light does not turn on when turning the temperature selection knobs from position 0 to the MIN,
MED or MAX positions: the ELECTRO BLOCK protection system went off by deactivating the flow of current in the corresponding heating panel.
The panel must therefore be replaced with a new one (see the paragraph REPLACING HEATING PANELS).
3. When touching it with your hand, a panel is obviously cold. If the protection fuse is functioning, replace the panel with a new one.
REPLACING HEATING PANELS
[Fig. G]
Turn off the control device by pressing the button
a
(green light off) and remove the plug from the socket outlet before you replace the
heating panels.
1. You have to detach the end plug of the cable connected to the control device in order to remove the panel to be replaced. The plug is connected to
the outlet found on the lower side of the panel. Gently raise the tab and remove the plug.
2. Remove the panel and place a new panel inside the electric sauna cover.
WARNING!
Check that the panel is completely inserted inside its cover sector and that it lays flat inside. If any curling or overlapping of parts of the panel
should form so it is folded on top of itself, the potential overheating of the panel would cause the electro block protection system to activate
once again, making a new panel replacement necessary.
3. Insert the end plug of the cable connected to the control device into the outlet of the new panel, being careful to check that it is on the lower side
of the panel (back of the electric sauna).
If you do not have spare panels, contact the dealer who supplied the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY MAINTENANCE, DISCONNECT THE CONTROL UNIT PLUG FROM THE MAINS SOCKET.
If the sauna is used in combination with the modelling band, do not apply mud and algae on the customer’s body. So as to prevent the
electric sauna from becoming excessively soiled, wrap the customers in a sheet of disposable high-density polythene or TNT. It is
advisable to clean the cover with a dampened sponge and then go over it with a dry cotton cloth after every treatment with electric
sauna and remodelling band. Stubborn stains can be eliminated using denatured alcohol diluted in water. Avoid using any other
substances such as acids, thinners, trichloroethylene etc., which may damage the cover. Deteriorations of the cover, such as tears, cuts,
holes and degradation due to wear, are not covered by the warranty.
