Launch
Btdiag
in Linux Host.
i.
Turn ON WE866Cx Bluetooth by making BT_EN pin HIGH (If required).
ii.
Issue command to detach the
hciattach
iii.
Find the UART interface port in Linux host used for WE866Cx UART. For
example
ttyHS0
or
ttymxc2
.
iv.
Launch Btdiag using the following commands.
# sudo ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.20 up
# ./Btdiag UDT=yes PORT=2500 IOType=SERIAL QDARTIOType=ethernet
BT-DEVICE=/dev/ttymxc2 BT-BAUDRATE=115200
Where,IP address is your DUT Linux host ETHERNET IP. Port is 2500.
Note:
To obtain the IP address, use the
ifconfig
command
.
The above command downloads NVM and patch files. Once the files are successfully
downloaded to WE866Cx module. A similar output as shown below is displayed on
the console
Step 7:
Configure QRCT tool in Windows Laptop
a.
Launch the QRCT tool in your windows laptop and select the configuration as
shown below.
i.
Select
Target
type
UART_USB_BLUETOOTH
from the drop-down list.
ii.
Select
Device ID
type
Remote
.
IP address
(obtained from Linux host
platform; i.e, x86 laptop or i.MX ),
TCP port
2500.
iii.
Click
Connect
iv.
Select
Category > Bluetooth
