RM-16 Relay Output Expansion Card
1. Unpack the card and four screws from the
bag. Refer to Figure 20.
2. Disable power and lift the cover from the
CRU by removing the four screws from the
sides.
3. Locate the four standoffs and the 20 pin
socket where the card will be seated in the
CRU. Place the cards connectors through the
slot and rest the card on the standoffs. Refer
to Figure 21.
4. Line up the four holes on the card with the
standoffs and install a provided screw into
each one. Tighten the screws and verify that
the card is securely mounted.
5. Place the 20 pin connector on the card’s
ribbon cable into the CRU’s socket.
6. Replace the cover and power-on the CRU.
Note: To ensure proper operation, power-on
CRUs prior to powering-on the
Transmitter. If using several stacked
CRUs, power them on from the top down.
