If service is overdue, the instrument will automatically

switch OFF.

Modes of Operation

CGI Mode (Combustible Gas Indicator)

Alarms are active on the O

2

and CO ranges. The alarms are

only indicated on the display and are non-latching.
An audible ‘Geiger’ style alarm is available on the ppm range

and is muted by default.

If an O

2

or CO alarm is activated, and the range being viewed

is not O

2

or CO, the range window will alternate with O

2

or

CO.

Fig. 3-6, illustrates a CO alarm which has been activated

whilst viewing the LEL range.
