Calibration Validity

Calibration validity is the responsibility of the user. Under

normal operating conditions a 12 month period can be

expected. This is no guarantee, however, as the precise

application of the product is unknown to Teledyne GMI.

Individual codes of practice may dictate shorter periods.
Regular checking establishes a pattern of reliability and

enables the calibration check to be modified in line with

operational experience. The higher the risk, the more

frequently calibration should be checked.
