Diagnostics Tab
The Diagnostics tab runs the Wayfinder Built-In tests (BIT).
To run the Built-In tests
:
1. Select the Diagnostics tab.
2. Click the
Run tests
button.
3. The test results will change from NOT RUN to PASSED or FAILED.
4. If a test fails, please contact TRDI support for advice.
SDRAM Test
- Fill the memory section with random values along with a checksum of those values. Then
read the memory back and verify using the checksum.
FRAM
- Read the FRAM header and verify that the header value matches the expected value
RTC Test
- Read the current time from the Real-Time Clock (RTC)
EEPROM Test
- Read the DP device ID and verify the read is successful
QSPI/DSC Test
- Write a pattern to the registers, read back and verify
ADC Test
- Write to the ADC registers, read back and verify
