Place the battery in the battery compartment.

The charger board contains a reverse-polarity-protection circuit and an
over-current protection fuse. Should a fuse blow out due to an improper or
rev erse battery connection, make sure the battery is connected properly
and replace the fuse w ith a new fuse, manufactured by Schurter, model
0034.3123, 4 A, 5mm x 20mm glass fuse, 250 V AC or an equiv alent DC
rated UL approved fuse.
