Performance Verification and Adjustment Procedures

Rotate the knob until the readout displays “pv”.

6. Create a new PAL Video_Source file.

a. Press the <

Switch NTSC/PAL

> key to bring up the PAL Configure files.

b. Press the following keys: <Video_Source Files>, <

Create File

>, and

<

System Default

>.

c.

Enter “pvfile” for a file name, then press <

Done

>.

d. Rotate the knob until the “Measurements Location File: XXXXX” line

is highlighted. XXXXX will be the name of the measurements location
file currently in use.

NOTE: If the XXXXX is “System~Default” press <

No Change & Exit

>

and <

Leave Directory

> then go to step 7.

e.

Record the currently used measurements location file so that when you
have finished testing the TSG 95 you can return the VM700A to the
original settings.

f.

Press your finger over the “XXXXX” readout; a box should now appear
around the readout.

g. Rotate the knob until the readout displays “System~Default”.

h. Press <

Accept Input

>, <

Update & Exit

>, and <

Leave Directory

>.

7. Change the Source Selection file currently used.

a. Press <

Source_Selection Video

>, and then rotate the knob until the

“Source A: ......” line is highlighted.

b. Record the video source files that are currently used in both video stan-

dards (from the ”Source A: ...” line). When you have finished testing the
TSG 95 you can return the VM700A to the original video source files
using this recorded data.

c.

Press your finger on the screen over the NTSC video source file name; a
box should now appear around the file name.

d. Rotate the knob until the readout displays “pvfile”.

e.

Press <

Accept Input

>.

f.

Repeat steps c through e for the PAL video source file, then press <

Up-

date & Exit
