Example 1: Creating a Pattern and Storing it in a File

Example 1 creates the output pattern for an 8-bit binary counter and stores that
pattern on a floppy disk.

Before creating new pattern data, initialize the instrument’s data and settings.

1. Clear the data group definitions.
