Values are returned in the following order: power–ratio, primary sector pilot level, primary sector traffic level, secondary
sector pilot level, secondary sector traffic level. The secondary/primary power–ratio is expressed as a value in dB if both
sectors are active. It is expressed as OFF if the secondary sector is inactive, and FULL if the secondary sector alone is
active.
