Performs a power measurement of the mobile station being tested. This represents the
amount of power present at the mobile station RF interface. The additional attenuation in
cabling or fixtures should be compensated with the normal attenuation commands. Five
values are returned: Peak, RMS, Additional Peak, Additional RMS, and Error Message
number.

The PEAK and RMS numbers are returned as valid numbers only when valid bursts are received within the correct
expected power level range. When this is true, the Additional Peak and Additional RMS measurement will be identical,
respectively to the PEAK and RMS return values, and the Error Message number will be 0. When the tester detects
anything other than a valid burst, the PEAK and RMS measurement parameters will return NAN, and the Additional
measurement parameters will be calculated according to the following table:
