7.3.4
In the current FW version, there are no user rights restrictions for viewing the
event log.
The
«
5.Event log
»
menu item allows viewing events from the control panel memory
with the following filters:
«1. Failures»
- critical failures
«2. Alarms»
- only
«alarms» / «fires» / «violations» in armed
partitions
«3. W/o arm/dis»
- all types of events in all categories, excluding the
«arm» and «disarm» events
«4. By part. number»
- all events in the selected partition
«5. All»
- all events in the system, including information on
Engineer
actions
When any of the filters is selected, the keypad sends an inquiry to the control panel for
the selected filter and puts the last 10 events selected by the filter into the temporary
buffer. Communication with the control panel occurs as described in Paragraph
6.7
.
When the
«1. Failures»
filter is selected, information is displayed starting from the most
recent event (which have
the largest number out of 10,000 in the control panel’s current
cycle).
Example
of screen:
Where:
«Evt.2181»
- is the event number (out of 10,000).
«Fail.»
- is the event type.
«system»
- is the scope of action.
The ▼ and ▲ buttons are used to page through the temporary buffer.
After the last event is displayed from the temporary buffer and the
Operator
proceeds
to
the next event by pressing the ▼ button, the keypad automatically sends an inquiry
to the control panel for the next group of preceding events. The inquiry is repeated, as
needed.
Events are sent from the control panel to the keypad display in a similar manner when
the ▲ button is pressed, but in the opposite sequence.
Details on each event can be accessed by pressing the
«
–
» button to the right of
OK
.
