Notes on maintenance

Check that the maintenance area or installation area meets therequirements of the nameplate.
Itisallowed to operate only in environmentsthatmeet therequirements of the nameplate
Check that the installation area iswellventilated.
- The state of continuousventilation must be maintainedduringthe operatingprocess.
Check thatthereis a flammable or potentiallyflammable sourcein the installation area.
- Open flames are prohibited in the installation area.
- Replace warning labels ifvague or damaged.

Notes on welding

Ifyouhave to cut or weld the refrigeration system pipes in themaintenanceprocess, follow the steps as
follows:
1. Turn off the unit and disconnect the power supply.
2. Collect the refrigerant gas
3. Make the vacuum
4. Clean the piping with nitrogen
5. Cut or weld
The weldingoperation must be carried out by qualifiedpersonnel.The refrigerant must be recycled in the
specialized storage tank.Make sure thereis no open flamenear the vacuum pump outletand that the
environmentiswellventilated.

authority and a qualification for handling the refrigeration system recognised by the industry.
If an additionaltechnicianisrequired for maintenance and repair of the appliance, he/she must be
supervised by a technicianwhohas a qualification in the use of flammablerefrigerant.

requiredaccessories are present inside the packaging.
