Thank you for purchasing tecxus TC 3000 travel charger! We wish you a great
time enjoying the power supplied by this quality product!
The built-in microprocessor-controlled plug-in charge is designed for charging Nickel-
Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable batteries. It can
charge 1 - 4 cells of the size micro (AAA) and mignon (AA). The charger adjusts the
charging current automatically for the corresponding cell-size.
The independent single-slots allow the charging of 2 different types of rechargeable
batteries (NiCd & NiMH), capacities and sizes at the same time. In the combination of
a wide range input voltage (100 – 240 volts), 4 exchangeable plugs and a 12 volt car-
input are included; the TC 3000 travel charger is the optimal solution for your needs of
charging the rechargeable batteries at home and when traveling abroad!

Attention:
1. For indoor use: When using the charger connected to AC power supply; please
choose one of the plugs included in the charger package and insert the correct plug
on to the back of the charger. Make sure the plug is securely attached to the charger
followed by a “click” sound. For releasing the plug from the charger, please push the
“Press” button.
For car use: Please connect the car adaptor to the charger by inserting the 12V car
plug into 12V DC lighter socket in your car. DO NOT use any other adaptor because it
may damage or even destroy the charger.
Please make sure the power supply is working. For some cars, the charger requires a
running engine in order to perform charging.
2. Charging process: The charging process starts instantly after the cells are put into
the slots. The LED lights at the bottom of the front side will be shown as RED when
charging. When the cells are fully charged as the charging process is over, the LED
lights will turn from RED to GREEN. Also, the charger will automatically switch to trickle
charge mode when the charging process is over. Therefore, the cells can remain in the
charger until the user needs to use them.
Please note: the cells might get warm during the charging process!
LED Indicators:
LED lights in RED: fast charging mode.
LED lights in GREEN: ready for use, trickle charging mode is on.
LED lights FLASHING in RED: fault cells or primary batteries (non-rechargeable).
Safety Instructions
Please read the manual carefully before using the charger.
Use the charger in dry and indoor places only.
Do not attempt to open the charger.
Do not use the charger if there is damage to the housing or adaptors.
Keep the device out of reach from children.
After using the charger, you must disconnect the charger from the power supply.
Do not operate the device without adult supervision.
Attention! This charger is only suitable for charging Mignon (AA) & Micro (AAA)
sized NiCd & NiMH rechargeable batteries.
Attention: In case of non-observance of these safety instructions, the charger or
batteries may get damaged or even be seriously harmful to people!
