– COMMISSIONING THE MACHINE –
4.2.12 - CONNECTING THE HYDRAULIC FUNCTIONS (ED TYPE CONNECTION)
CAUTION
Risk of damaging the circuit!
The maximum
oil flow rate of the
tractor should be set to 40 litres / min.
Hydraulic distributors required on the tractor:
• 1 single action and 1 free return for all functions.
► Place the
hydraulic distributors of the tractor in a neutral position.
► Connect
1. the pipe with 1 yellow bush onto the free return.
2. the pipe with 1 red bush onto the single action distributor.

CAUTION
Risk of damage to the boom!
Respect the order for disconnecting the
flexible hoses (red
bush first).
4.2.13 - HYDRAULIC UNIT CENTRE OPEN / CENTRE CLOSED / LS OPTION
CAUTION
Risk of damaging the circuit!
The maximum admissible pressure in the free return oil circuit is 10 bar.
If the hydraulic circuit of the tractor has the centre open, place the hydraulic unit in the "centre open" mode.
To switch the unit to centre open mode, open the valve on the side of the block.
Loosen the valve knob (1) completely.
If the hydraulic circuit of the tractor has the centre closed, place the
hydraulic unit in the "centre closed" mode.
To switch the unit to centre closed mode, close the valve on the unit side.
Tighten the valve knob (1) completely.
Some tractors may use load sensing by connecting a load sensor directly
between the tractor and the hydraulic unit of the machine.
In this case an additional 1/4" flexible hose (green identifier) is fitted to your machine.
The hydraulic unit must be in the centre closed position.
To switch the unit to centre closed mode, close the valve on the unit side.
Tighten the valve knob (1) completely.
