4.4 - TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

NOTE

The dimensions and weight are provided by way of example, and may vary depending on your

machine's equipment (boom, tyres, tank capacity, options)!

4.4.1 - BRAKING

In reference to the amended order of 18 August 1955, the Vectis model does not have to have a braking

installation.

IMPORTANT

The amended order of 18 August 1955 indicates

that all machines and towed agricultural implements

with the sum of the technically permissible masses

per axle

≤ 3.5 tonnes

are dispensed from having to

have braking installations and must be fitted with a

second hitching device in case of separation of the

hitch

The second hitching device must take the form of a

cable sling (C).

WARNING

Risk of an accident following separation of the machine from the tractor!

• Systematically secure the hitch by attaching the safety cable to the tractor such that it does not

obstruct the universal joint shaft.

• Make sure that the cable sling and its attachments are in good condition.

4.4.2 - SPRAYER WEIGHT

Payload = PTAC - empty weight

• Do not exceed the authorised payload
• Risk of an accident in the event of unstable driving situations
•

Depending on the density of the products used, not all of the sprayers allow the tank to be filled

completely

DANGER

Risk that the machine could tip over!
