14.2 – CONNECTION OF WATER CLEAN
Turn off the autoclave by pressing the General switch located on the right side of the autoclave. The operator
after having set the autoclave can install the demineralizer apparatus WATER CLEAN following the indications
in the manual attached to the demineralizer apparatus
Here are indicated the specific connection to the autoclave of the water supply hose and the connection of the
electric plug of command of WATER CLEAN:
5. Turn off the autoclave if it is on;
6. Close the faucet located above the demineralization system;
7. Install WATER CLEAN as indicated in its manual;
8. Twist the male screw of the connection-hose carrier SWCAO47 with Teflon or other component which
guarantees the sealing of water;
9. Screw the connection-hose carrier SWCAO47 on the female screw to the unloading clean water
pos.(3);
10. Insert the SWCA045 hose exit of CLEAN WATER to the connection-hose carrier SWCA047 already
screwed to the autoclave
11. Seal with a band the hose SWCAO45 to the connection-hose carrier SWCAO47 with a band to avoid
water loss;
12. Insert the plug Pos. (24) of WATER CLEAN to the socket POS. (5) on the back of the autoclave
13. Open the faucet located above the demineralization system;
14. Control that there is no water loss;
15. Turn on the autoclave;
16. Run one or more sterilization cycles to control the functioning of the connection and check above all
for leaking.
AT THE END OF EACH DAY ALWAYS CLOSE THE FAUCET LOCATED ABOVE THE
DEMINERALIZATION SYSTEM TO PREVENT FLOODING
CONNECT WATER CLEAN ONLY TO TECNO-GAZ PREPROGRAMMED AUTOCLAVE .
IF THE UNIT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE CYCLE SHOWS E250 THEN YOU HAVE TO FILL THE
CLEAN WATER TANKUNTIL THE MAXIMUN IS REACHED. (TO WATCH PAR.10)
NOTE: FOR THE CONNECTION OF WATER CLEAN TO THE AUTOCLAVE TECNO-GAZ; REFER TO
INDICATIONS IN THE WATER CLEAN MANUAL.
14.3 – CHANGING WATER CLEAN RESIN CARTRIDGE
Autoclave display indicates the state of finishing of the resin with the message “SUBSTITUTE RESIN”.
Order from a TECNO-GAZ supplier the resin cartridge code 242-S;
Substitute the resin cartridge as indicated in the WATER CLEAN manual.
After substitution, press button until the “beep”, to reset the autoclave.
