10. Back off the grub screws (e) using a 3mm
hexagonal wrench, on both the bearings.
11. Remove the bearings from the primary shaft

and the free wheel

on the external side and two on the internal
side of the free wheel ).
CAUTION: During reassembly, take
care to fit the free wheels in the correct
direction, so that they are able to rotate
freely in the direction indicated by the
arrows.

13. Back off the 4 screws

14. Remove the pulley from the shaft.
To reassemble the primary shaft assembly, carry
out the above steps in reverse order.
CAUTION: After completing the
reassembly, carry out the adjustment
procedure described in paragraphs: 8.1.
“Belt tension” and 8.4. “ Align the belt
connecting the primary and secondary
shafts”.
