Preparing pancakes:
Prepare pancake batter according to your usual recipe.
Put a cloth under the appliance to protect your table from possible leaks or spatters.
Once you have made your pancake batter preheat your appliance for 10 minutes.
Put the plug in an earthed power outlet.
Press the on-off switch to switch on the appliance. The red power light will come on to
indicate that the appliance is switched on and heating.
The orange ready light will come on as well when the cooking temperature is reached.
During use, this ready light will go on and out regularly. This simply means that the
thermostat is regulating the appliance's temperature.
Attention: during operation, the baking plate heats up. Pay attention not to get burned.
When the appliance has reached the right temperature, and before you begin to fry your
pancakes, pour a small quantity of oil on the pancake space to prevent your pancakes from
burning or sticking to the plate. If necessary, repeat this operation.
