EZA2500W series
Quick Manual / Practical (II)
Apply the specified voltage on the grid side and battery side terminals of EZA.
Start the personal computer on which CNVCommCC is installed, and confirm that
it can communicate with EZA according to the operating instructions distributed with
CNVCommCC.
Set parameters via RS485 while referring to "3) Operation of Automatic grid CV
mode," , "
②
Set parameters of EZA" on pages 10 and 11 of this manual.
①
Short the pin 7 (RUN) of the external signal connector CN to SG (signal ground,
e.g. pin 8).
②
EZA starts the main circuit from the Waiting and starts charging or discharging.
③
When pin 9 is shorted to SG, charging is performed in Manual battery CV mode.
④
When pin 9 is opened, charging or discharging starts again in Automatic grid CV
mode.
⑤
When pin 7 is opened, EZA stops the main circuit and enters Waiting.
⑤
Start EZA.
④
Check that communication is possible with RS-485.
⑤
Set parameters of EZA.
③
Restart the control board.
The control board reads the values of DIP switch
and rotary switch at restart.
The control board is also restarted by applying the
specified voltage to either the battery or grid side.
The charge function of pin 9 depends on the setting of DIP SW. For more information,
see section 8-3 on page 10 of the Operation Manual.
When the remaining battery level is low during Automatic grid CV mode operation,
charging can be performed regardless of the grid voltage by shorting CN pin 9 to SG.
