Sorting air

The sorting air ensures that the screws enter the conveyor rail correctly and

that there is no canting of the screws

Element

Description

Sorting air on[sec.]

Specifies the time for which the sorting air
is to be switched on, for pulsating sorting
air.

If the value is set to 0, no sorting air

is switched on.

Sorting air off [sec.]

Specifies the time for which the sorting air
is to be switched off, in the case of
pulsating sorting air.

If the value is set to 0, the sorting air

is switched on permanently when the

feeder is active.

All parameters (not only those of the

current display) can be read in again

by pressing the "Read" button.
If changes were made by mistake

and not yet saved, the saved values

can be read in again.

All parameters (not only those of the

current display) can be saved by the

"Save" button, so that the change is

still available and used after a

restart.
