Safety instructions and general information

4.1

Organisational measures

The operating instructions must always be kept within easy reach at the

place of use of the TCF EVO Line.

The personnel assigned to work on the TCF EVO Line must have read the

operating instructions, especially the chapter "Safety instructions", before

starting work. While working on the TCF EVO Line, it is too late. This

applies in particular to persons only occasionally working on the TCF EVO

Line.

The maintenance intervals specified in chapte r 13.2 p age 113t hese

operating instructions must be observed!

Spare parts must comply with the technical requirements specified by

Technik Center Schraubsysteme GmbH. This is always guaranteed for

original spare parts.

The environment of the TCF EVO Line must be kept clean and tidy. Soiling

and obstruction of the function of the system as well as restrictions in the

freedom of movement of the operating personnel can lead to malfunctions

and accidents.

4.2

Personnel qualification

Personnel to be trained, instructed or undergoing training may only

work with the TCF EVO Line under the constant supervision of an

experienced person.

For work on pneumatics, the qualification of a technical education with

knowledge of pneumatics is required.

The qualification of a qualified electrician is required for work on the

electrical system.

4.3

Advice for your safety

For the protection of your own health and the health of your
colleagues, observe the following instructions:

Only put the TCF EVO Line into operation when the feed hose is

stuck to the tool. Otherwise there is a danger of fasteners shooting

out.

Close the cover when operating the TCF EVO Line. This reduces the

noise of the sorting bowl and prevents foreign bodies or dirt from

entering.
