TCF EVO Line and TCF X Line

How it works

TCF EVO Line function modules Conveying and separation function:

Sorting pot (1)

•

SPiW - Congestion-free buffer section through intelligent
Spiral conveyor management. The SPiW can be adjusted by means
of settings in the HMI. See chapte r 9.8.3 SPiW(trap door) (2)

The screws are transported upwards in the specified path of the sorting
bowl (1). After they have passed the SPiW (2), they are aligned in the
outlet (3) and fed to the separator (4). To prevent too many screws from
piling up one after the other, there is an inductive sensor in the cover of
the outlet that switches the SPiW on when a certain quantity of screws is
piled up. In the separator, one screw at a time is separated and conveyed
into the feed hose.
A blast of air transports the screw through the feed tube into the
mouthpiece.
