Settings TCF EVO Line

12.3.1

Set air volume and duration for the supply air blast

The screws separated in the baffle of the sorting bowl are transported to the
screwdriver by means of an air blast through the feed hose. Depending on the
size of the screws and the length of the feed hose, the air blast is

•

in its duration (long hose = long air blast),

•

adjusted in its volume (heavy screw = larger volume).

The supply air shock is set correctly when the screws reach the mouthpiece
without interference, but are not shot out of the mouthpiece.
To set the duration of the supply air blast, please follow the instructions in
chapte r 9.9.2 Supply a ir blast.

To adjust the air volume of the supply air blast, turn the throttle screw (see
Fig15)

-clockwise to reduce the air volume,

-counterclockwise to increase the air volume.

The air blast must be adjusted so that the screw is conveyed into the
mouthpiece. The air blast must not be set so strong that it causes damage
to the screw or in the mouthpiece jaws.
