Shoot

The delivery configures the duration of the air blast with which the screw is

conveyed through the hose to the mouthpiece or end of the hose.

Allowance time [sec]

Indicates the time for which the air blast is
switched on This time is only relevant if the
"hose sensor" module is not active.

If the module "hose sensor system"

is active, the hose is closed until the

2nd hose sensor has detected the

screw.

Max. grant time [sec]

Defines the max. time that the
supplementary air may be switched on.
After this time, the air is switched off.

value is particularly relevant for the

"hose sensor system" module.

Reshoot time [sec]

Defines the time in which the air blast is
still maintained after the delivery time has
expired or the screw on the 2nd hose
sensor has been detected.

Monitoring hose sensor S2 inactive

If monitoring of the 2nd hose sensor is not
desired with the "Hose sensor system"

module, it can be

set to inactive

or active via this setting.

A possible application would be if the
separation of the screw is to be checked
via the hose sensor 1 during the chopping
process, but the screw is to be shot for
time during the closing process.
