Insert the Drive-N-Lock Plastic
Expansion Dowel into the
holes of the surface using a
rubber mallet, (Figure 3).
5.
Connect the HAT skirt to
surface and press the boards
together by inserting the
combi dowels and Drive-N-
Lock Plastic Expansion Dowels
into the holes of the HAT skirt,
(Figure 4).
