Warranty application procedure:
In the event of a heater failure during the warranty term, contact the service centre and state how the failure is shown.Also
indicate the heater type, serial number and the sell-by date (from the Warranty Certificate).
An appropriate heater defect check is important so that the servicing repairman could work with
the heater in conditions under which it was installed and commissioned. Thus, in the event of a
failure do not disassemble the heater from the system.
Wait until servicing repairman arrives, who will rectify the defect or take further measures orientated toward your claim
handling. After executing a warranty repair, the servicing repairman will write the date of repair and his/her signature and
stamp on the Warranty Certificate.
Warranty invalidity:
if the customer has no Warranty Certificate
if it is obvious that the defect has been caused by improper heater installation and/or coupling
if the heater has not been used and maintained in keeping with the operation directives presented in the manual.
if any repair has been performed during the warranty term by any servicing company not licensed to repair our
heaters.
if non-professional adaptations or interventions into the heater construction were executed
if the serial number manufacturing name plate is damaged or missing.

The warranty does not apply to any damage of the heater due to natural wear and tear, limescale,
or accrued by chemical or electrochemical influences.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make any changes not influencing the heater's manufactured qualities.
Recycling obsolete appliances: Appliances with this label must not be disposed of with regular
waste. They must be collected separately and disposed of according to local regulations.
