Limescale also acts like this on the pipe in which the thermostat and temperature fuse sensors are located, causing the

real temperature in the heater to be higher than the adjusted temperature. For this reason it is necessary to remove

limescale once every two years at least, or more often. For limescale removal, no acid-based substances should be used.

The heater is connected to 230 V AC, a voltage value dangerous to life. In the event of non-

professional intervention a fatal electrical accident can result. Trust your servicing specialist to

perform boiler cleaning and anode rod replacement.

1 . SERVICE

Tatramat brand water heaters are designed and assembled with extraordinary care. They leave the manufacturing plant

after passing an entire series of laboratory tests. If, in spite of this a failure appears to shut down the heater's electric

feeder, stop the water supply and contact the nearest service centre.

Only an employee trained by the manufacturer can perform warranty service and repairs. It is

dangerous for any other person to tamper with the heater's interior.

By observing the instructions given in the manual herein and with product correct installation, operation and maintenance

we can guarantee that the product will maintain all the technical properties specified by the corresponding technical

conditions throughout its life time. If any defect occurs with the product that is not caused by the user or by an unavoidable

incident (such as damage caused by a disaster) during the warranty period, the client's product will be repaired free of

charge. The product replacement or withdrawal from of sales agreement is governed by the regulations of the Civil Code.

The product warranty term is granted to the final client beginning upon the sales day (or from the commissioning day) for a

The heater manufacturer does not provide a guarantee for damage caused by incorrect installation and connection or by

incorrect operation or maintenance.

6 WARRANTY

The warranty term is prolonged by the time necessary for servicing, if any, performed during the warranty term.

Warranty certificate filled in correctly, containing the sales date, signature, shop stamp or indicating the

installation date, signature and stamp of the agency shop on heater commissioning (on client's invoice)

carefully preserved bill/invoice, delivery list or other proof of purchase

Warranty application conditions:

English

The manufacturer does not take any responsibility for problems caused by poor water quality or

water hardness. Limescale removal is not a subject of warranty repair.
