Mechanical / Electrical break down as defined in this warranty and confirmed by the dealer within the stipulated terms and conditions.

TATA MOT ORS dealer shall either rep air or replace any part found to be defective with a new p art or an equivalent at no cost to the

owner for p arts or labour.

Such defective parts which have been replaced will become property of

TATA MOTORS PASSENGER VEHICLE LIMITED

Comprehensive list of parts covered is mentioned in the Extended Warranty Booklet.
