Disposal of old devices
In accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment Directive (WEEE) 2002/96/EC, old electric and
electronic devices may no longer be disposed of as communal
waste. At the appropriate time, please only dispose of this
product at a collection point for old devices in your vicinity.
All important plastic parts are marked in the device in accor-
dance with ISO 11469. This facilitates the problem-free sepa-
ration and recycling of the plastic parts that were used.
The proper disposal of old devices in this manner will prevent
harm to the environment and human health hazards.
Safety Instructions
Intended Use
This is an information technology device. This product may only be used for
private purposes. It is not to be used for industrial or commercial purposes.
This product is not designed for medical, lifesaving or life-sustaining applica-
tions. It can be used for home, office or small company applications. These
include games, communication and office applications.
The device may not be used in tropical climates. Only connection cables and
external devices that are designed for this product in terms of safety, elec-
tromagnetic compatibility and shielding quality may be used in conjunction
with the unit. This device meets all relevant standards in relation to CE con-
formity. Compliance with these standards is no longer guaranteed if the de-
vice is altered in ways not approved by the manufacturer. Only use accesso-
ries specified by the manufacturer.
If this device is used outside Germany, compliance with the regulations and
laws of that country is required.
