Figure 16 TT1200 Main menu
The
Main Menu
of the decoder is shown in Figure 16. This menu has entries for the main submenus of
the TT1200 decoder each of which will be described in the following sections.
6HWXS
This menu contains all the setup parameters for TT1200.
6WDWXV
Status information about all the modules in the system is available in this
sub menu.
)DYRULWHV
The Favorites list can hold 10 presets of the decoder configuration.
3URSHUWLHV
Information about hardware configuration and software version of the
TT1200 unit.
5.4 Setup menu
The
Setup
menu contains all the setup parameters for the TT1200. This menu may appear differently
depending on the hardware configuration and the setting of the
PSI
(On or Off) parameter in the
System Options
menu. The menu in Figure 17 is for a TT1200 with additional audio channels. For a
TT1200 without additional audio channels, the Audio2 and Audio3 manus will not be present. The
submenus
Demod
and
TV Service
are mandatory when setting up a TT1200, but it is recommended
to set up all the parameters in this menu, except the parameters under the
Advanced
submenu, which
are optional. The basic setup procedure is explained in chapter 2. Some of the menus are described in
more detail in the following sections. Also the options in the
Advanced
menu are described here.
Because of slightly different functionality between PAL/SECAM and NTSC/PAL M, the
Setup
menu
appears slightly different depending on the video format selected in the
Video format
entry. If
NTSC
or
PAL M
is selected, the
Teletext
and
Subtitling
menus disappear, and the
Caption
menu appears.
Figure 17 shows the
Setup
menu and its submenus (except the submenus of the
Advanced
menu,
which are covered in detail in section 5.4.5) in the case where
PAL
or
SECAM
is selected. This is the
same as Figure 2, but is repeated here for convenience.
